If possible, take a shower with lots of soap and water, shampoo but avoid using conditioner that will bind to any radioactive material in your hair, the fact sheet states.

Is this a spoof piece? It's gotta be .....

My bottles of conditioner are labelled “will bind to radioactive particles”, and “will not bind to radioactive particles.”

But yes, let’s take showers with water that is likely contaminated. Smart, real smart.

It’s good advice. It’d be very sad if somebody survived the nuclear blast only to get killed by the hair conditioner when taking a shower in the aftermath.
