The Wall Street Journal and its publisher Rupert Murdoch appear to be using President Donald Trumps national security adviser H.R. McMaster as their latest weapon in their continuing battle against Trumps America-first agenda and movement that enabled Trump to shock the world on election night.

LS has recommended reading his tweets.
Yes, tweets. However, I am not on Twitter or Facebook. The cacophony of Tweets, emails, texts and Facebook, would frankly be overload for me. I do have another life. lol.
Thanks, very much, dynoman.
What makes you think Mueller is not busily erasing all the evidence of the previous administrations criminal activity. It is not like he doesn't have many fellow travelers in Justice to help him.
You forgot to mention the loser Mo.
Moore will win and Strange will finish third.
What we ALL need to be very vigilant of is that there are now factions within the “Trump” movement who are 100% out for their own turf and “access.” Cernovich is one-—he had a good scoop, then went nuts on the McM stuff.
But not just him. Whether it’s Drudge, Sundance, Last Refuge-—WHO PREDICTED FLAT OUT TO ME THAT SESSIONS WOULD RESIGN “WITHIN 48 HOURS” . . . TWO WEEKS AGO-—there are many who are more interested in getting clicks on their websites than seeing Trump succeed.
McMaster was an excellent combat colonel, bucked the Pentagon with his book on Vietnam, had a counter approach to Iraq that the Bush generals didn’t like, bucked Obama for eight years (which cost him a star for a while). Victor Davis Hanson supported him, as did Senator Cotton. (BTW, the Trump team thinks Cotton & Perdue are the only reliable senators they have! And that includes Cruz, Lee, and Paul!)
I understand everyone doesn’t know this, but that’s part of the point. Our side wants to see conspiracies and coups everywhere.
For example, wonder why Judicial Watch’s Benghazi docs were redacted? Ever think that Sessions might have his own DOJ investigation going into Cankles? I have heard from THREE sources-—admittedly, these are unnamed sources like fake news, but it keeps popping up-—that Cankles was actually offered a plea deal and declined. That would mean DOJ is on the job.
But back to these “coup” stories. If every faction took out the person or group they thought were “leading Trump astray,” no one would be left.
There are a lot of people who think we are “controlled by a Jewish cabal” and don’t like super-close relations with Israel. Believe me, they are a minority, but a significant minority in the Trump coalition. These are the “isolationists” who screamed when Trump hit Syria with the cruise missiles (which appears to have worked really well).
Anyway, my point is this: take ALL this stuff, whether it’s McM, Sessions, Mueller, with a grain of salt. No one knows.
I had a guy with an “inside source” who guaranteed me the 4th circuit would over turn the lower court on Trump’s travel ban. It didn’t. This was an in-law of a person in the USSC. These are the kinds of sources that Cernovich and others have.
Trump is a brilliant guy. He isn’t “controlled” by anyone, including Bannon or Gorka. Learn to trust him.
Superb guy. He asked for my books, “Patriot’s History of the Modern World.” One of the best in the admin.
This is the one area I find myself frustrated with Trump. His hiring and firing of White House Staff. Just can’t understand what the hell is going on.
No honest question should be instantly taken as an assault against Trump, or against FR wizards who are able to stay in-the-know, 24/7. Were all grateful to them, but have a little empathy. We cant all know everything at the same time.
One of the best lessons I ever got in life was 7th grade algebra class. As a young girl, I got good grades, and oddly was very quite. One day our teacher gave us homework. I raised my had and commented that he had not yet shown us how to do these algebraic equations. He significantly belittled me for not being able to read from a book and figure it out on my own. If, I ever tell this story to anyone, women always say how hurtful the guy was. But, it was a huge favor. I never assume it is someone else job to inform me on demand. I need to do my level best to inform myself, and anything more is a grand favor. FYI if you really want to understand what is going on watch the doc ghost army.
LS, I have a tab button fit you on my browser, you are the E.F.Hutton of the conservative grass-roots WebSphere. Yes Sundance is off his game at times, so I tread lightly on his predictions, his big picture? It could be spot on in terms of econ and the vision. However, Tillerson in is out, then Sessions is out, then McMasters, does anyone see a swampadelic pattern of let’s get at “the king”, or destroy his team and their efforts? What ankle biting little wiener dogs...
Right now, it sounds like the Trump base is ignoring his endorsement of the McConnell pick. I suspected the R base voters were divided by the endorsement of Strange. Do you think the endorsement matters?
I am so glad to hear that! I was thrilled when the president asked him to be a part of the administration--and I was hoping that your view from more of the inside than most of us see would be that he is fabulous.
You must have been so pleased that he asked for your book!!
I think I’ve made myself clear enough, already, but here goes...
It’s not about wanting or not wanting to use *search* for people on FR. LOL!
It was about about having a conversation on this thread in real time, laying down my little thesis, discussing contradictions, as I perceived them today, not searching for yesterday’s arguments that does not address the contradictions.
In so doing, I was seeking insights (opinions) from the producer of this thread and others. I don’t need use search to speak.
I pinged LS to this thread because we are in contact and I know very well what he has said in the past. In a way you would not recognize, I had alluded to him without naming him. I brought him in partly on that account and partly for his day-to-day knowledge on fast moving events and related to my inquiry.
Insane number of tweets aside, Trump’s failure of communication is BIGLY, here. To his supporters.
Why did Flynn have to be fired (i.e., asked to resign), while seemingly McMaster has Trump’s full support? Did Flynn not do his job but McMaster does, since past association(s) does not seem to be a factor in McMaster’s case?
How much did the Trump children have input on such matters? etc.
Nope unless it helped Moore.
I don’t know about your own thesis really, but down thread here I was able to get my own questions answered. Read on.
We are all friends, here, just musing on events and making arguments. Sometimes it provokes more musing and more argument. :)
WTheck!
Thanks!
I think my dismay can safely be laid at the feet of the useless WH Communications Department. They should be capable of eliciting a simple quick statement, or a direction from the president on the conservative media contradictions regarding McMasters.
President Trump IS his Communications Department. He did it today in two different free wheeling pressers.
I recommend Heather Nuart be moved from the State Department to replace Huckabee, at the White House, since Steven Miller is otherwise placed.
Heather is awesome and deftly handles the press with class, while represents what Trump likes in style and intellect.

I read LS’s comments here, his twitter comments and his articles daily. The “conservative” (whatever the aitch that means now...??who knows??) media and pundits are often at odds with each other and at odds with Trump. Many have their own axes to grind, their own motives which may not be clear or nice. BB got weird during the campaign about Trump, and I got sick of their slanted articles. I sometimes check in on BB but they are not, to me, unbiased or really authoritative.
I do trust Thomas Wictor’s take on Trump a lot, and I would suggest you check him out. I read his comments daily, he often has twitter threads (replete with links to articles) that explain a lot of what is going on.
Here is one recent one about the McMaster brouhaha:

Another very good twitter thread about McMaster from Thomas Wictor, from today:
