A Virginia college student was sentenced this week to 100 days incarceration for submitting fraudulent voter registration forms listing the names of dead people and other faulty information for a political organization connected to the Democratic Party.

Andrew J. Spieles, 21, was sentenced in federal court Tuesday for knowingly transferring false Virginia voter registration forms during the 2016 election, according to the Justice Department.

Spieles admitted he prepared all 18 of the false voter registration forms by obtaining information from “walk sheets” given to him by the Virginia Democratic Party.

How long in the Gray Bar hotel will Andrew J. Spieles be able to avoid bending over to pick up a bar of soap?

The Democrat Party officially refers to this as
“Voter Suppression”.

He should be spending 20 years.

This is seditious conduct.

He was trying to negate our constitutionally guaranteed right to a fair and honest election.

Every illegal vote cast erases the legal vote of a citizen.

A full 20 years with no parole is just about right.

Don’t worry. Terry McAuliffe will restore this felon’s voting rights.

Based on Andrew’s photo, I’d say he would WILLINGLY and EAGERLY bend over for the bar of soap!

Remember, Oshitazz said he didn’t even know what that was.

IIRC a local Democrat big shot - mayor, councilman, state rep - ran the student group. When caught his position was “no one voted so there was no vote fraud”. The article doesn’t mention the ring leader, guess the kid was just cannon fodder.

100 days incarceration? Why, that’s just the cost of doing the illegitimate business of voter fraud. Get enough Democrats in office and get hired in some patronage job down the line...this is how the Democrat party operates.

I wonder if he was given such a light sentence in exchange for something....like information, and/or handing over his Dem related ‘stuff’: like his ‘other’ laptop/hard drive, Blackberry, USB sticks etc.

It’s a YUGE swamp and it would be nice to have a tour guide...

Another snowflake building his democrat creds.

He will probably be a featured speaker at the DNC convention in 2018. (remember Sandra Fluke?)

It's good to finally see voter fraud punished.

But he was only caught by accident when a court clerk recognized the name of her dead grandfather on the submitted registration form. Unfortunately there is no systematic way to seriously combat voter fraud under the current system. Relying on accidental discovery like this case is no plan at all.

One safeguard that could be implemented fairly easily would be blockchain accounting and stringent ID requirements. TSA approved ID which is used for travel and entry to Federal buildings is already in place.

Also note that this young man is white. If he had been black he probably would not have been charged. Voter fraud in black districts is rampant and goes unchecked and unpunished. Heck, black thugs with wooden clubs can menace voters at polling places with impunity.
