I have a cell phone charger and jumper cables.Although I don't do so it's not a bad idea to have gloves,blanket,etc,etc for winter.

Where I live the list is:
A Beach towel
Sunscreen
Snorkeling equipment
Flashlight
Plastic bags to keep the seats from getting wet
I can’t drive far enough here that I can’t walk home.

#21) A plastic bottle with spill proof cap. Keep in in the trunk of your car as an emergency urinal. You won’t get into trouble with the police for indecent exposure or public urination.

Add a gallon of anti-freeze (50/50 mix or straight-up), a quart or two of oil and some extra windshield washer solvent and this is a good list.
