As a taxpayer I would rather buy these freeloaders some fresh produce than chips and cookies. But this program will fail because fresh produce needs to be cooked and prepared, and most of these bums are far too lazy to do that.
Most of them can barely READ an actual recipe let alone have the brains to follow one. If it weren’t for microwaves a fair part of America would literally starve to death.
