Andrea Parker (at :18):..... today we had agent, Special Agent Willis (FBI) back on the stand. He is the case agent in charge.
He enters all of his mini photos of videos, photos of video they haven't even seen yet. Photos from 8 News Now (KLAS-TV), Las Vegas Review-Journal, from Citizens Action Network, all of these different places.
Many of the same photo in different angles. Lots of photos of Eric (defendant Eric Parker) prone on the bridge, photos of Drexler (defendant Scott Drexler) prone on the bridge, Facebook posts from Todd Engel (convicted in 1st trial), Facebook video from Todd Engel.....
They start to read testimony from Eric from the last trial.....
Andrea Parker (at 3:11)....Tanasi (Richard Tanasi, defense lawyer for Steven Stewart) gets up there and he was objecting to asking about an officer that's in a picture next to Eric Parker, that same picture that's been going around the internet for his birthday, that same picture he says now this officer is looking at Eric Parker.
And he said 'Was he arrested that day?' and Myhre (Acting US Attorney in Las Vegas, lead prosecutor, praised for his work on the case by AG Jeff Sessions) objected to relevance and Tanasi says 'It goes to negate the charges against these. The charge they are charged with behavior that would warrant arrest and so I'm asking if any arrests were made that day'.
The judge (US District Judge Gloria Navarro) is very irritated, very short and says 'Objection sustained, move on'........

That prosecutor praised by AG Jeff Sessions for his handling of the case during a visit to Las Vegas recently, Steven Myhre, was active in the courtroom as well as the infamous Judge Gloria Navarro.
Brianna Bundy, wife of the jailed Mel Bundy, was turned away from an attempt to deliver a letter about ranching and water rights to Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke on the weekend of July 29-30th.
More evidence that the folks in Washington like Sessions who claimed to 'not be taking sides in the case' are hostile to the Bundy Family.
In a recent video, Ted Nugent said he would take matters that concerned him in a number of federal power abuse cases directly to President Trump.
Lets hope the Bundy's and the other defendants are on Nugent's list, because in other interviews he has mentioned the Bunkerville Standoff-Bundy Ranch matter.
