I used to drive up there occasionally at night. Spectacular view. Is Twin Peaks now a no-go zone?

It is if it’s in Waco TX.

Their names are right there in the article.

Arrested after an investigation into the early-morning July 17 killing were Fantasy Decuir, a 20-year-old San Francisco resident, and Lamonte Mims, a 19-year-old resident of Patterson (Stanislaus County), police said.

The last time I was at Twin Peaks was about 20 years ago with a girl I was dating one night after dinner, looking down at the lights, both of us holding onto each other to stay warm in the night breeze. Good times. Sorry to hear the place has become so dangerous, but then much of SF has become an open-air toilet and shooting gallery that I try to avoid at all costs.

Last time I was there, years ago, I saw graffiti that said "remember Mike Spann", and somebody painted over "remember" and wrote below "got what he deserved".

That was one of the many things that hardened me against SF and CA overall.

I got sick of the constant hatred from those people.
