About a week out from the all-important GOP primary for the U.S. Senate seat in Alabama vacated by now-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the Washington, DC, establishment candidate is slumping as two pro-President Trump conservatives surge. A new poll provided exclusively to Breitbart News by JMC Analytics, a Louisiana-based polling firm, shows Luther Strange tapering off in the polls as Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) surges behind him and former state Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore remains steady in first place.
The poll shows Moore at 30 percent, Strange at 22 percent, and Brooks at 19 percent. Others combine for a total of 12 percent, while 17 percent are undecided. The poll of 500 Alabamians likely to vote in next Tuesdays primary was conducted from August 5 to August 6during the weekendwith a 95 percent confidence interval and a margin of error of 4.4 percent. Assuming these numbers are accurate, they show Brooks surging behind Strange inside the margin of error in the final daysa silent majority similar to the one that elected President Donald Trumpwhile Moore maintains a solid lead at the top.

Shut out Luther Strange, McConnell's stooge!
Primary is next Tuesday, August 15!
Sent some money to Mo’s campaign. They don’t get much better.
I would look at Roy Moore. Mo brooks may be a spoiler for Moore. Roy Moore is a bonifide known quantity. Removed from the bench for standing up for conservative traditional American causes.
It’s criminal the GOPe has spent millions on a deep red state primary. All just to buy a regular vote for leadership, obviously.
Yes, unite behind one pro-Trump guy!
He might not be able to win a General State election.
Pro Trump candidate must win to send a message.
Wait Mo is the good guy? I swear I read some comments where he was against PDT. I get confused easily in these low, dishonest days of fake news
But the turtles man is sinking. That’s good!
Roy Moore won twice statewide. He won the second time AFTER he stood up for the Ten Commandments and had been removed from the bench for doing so.
Moore is ripe for a Todd Akin moment. Stick with Brooks
Mo may end up coming in 3rd in GOP primary.
That should tell you Brooks supporters something.
Don’t trash Trump and expect Alabama voters to support you.
Moore stood for the Ten Commandments.
Brooks is already having his moment.
Running last in a GOP primary.
If he is so loved, why is he running last?
Could it be Alabama GOP voters don’t like
the way Brooks trashed Trump in the primaries?
And only offered tepid support of Trump in the
General Election?
Me thinks so.
This is dumb.
Vote for the 3rd place guy instead of the conservative 1st place guy and let the gope guy in 2nd win.....
duh
What’s even dumber is voting for the 3rd place guy who still supports
Ryan as Speaker. And is part of a do nothing GOP congress.
Either conservative is fine with me.
