The Age of Reason is seven, that person was 16-21.
Needs to be identified, tracked down, and killed, along with all the people who made the video, and, if possible, their families.
And because those subhumans are so inbred, that might be 100 people.
I remember years ago, right after 9/11, I caught a lot of grief here because I mentioned having to deal with so-called child soldiers, etc.
This was before people (not me) understood this so called religion and its barbarity.
It discourages me that people are still pondering what to do with the people involved in this video, citing age or brainwashing.
This is a war, and they are obviously determined to kill us.
I just wish people would process this and start growing balls and spines.
We need to get our payback on with these people, the sooner the better.

Even today, there are only a few Americans who understand Islam’s barbaric nature.
That’s why we allow them to come into our country in the large numbers that they do.
