Not a class action with any probability of success, because the probable litigants could not monetize damages. Even more likely, since they were donors to Obama, they would not be the “pizzed-off plaintiffs” you need to make such an action viable.

However, there may be criminal violations, as the FEC prohibits the donor lists they publish as a matter of public record from being used for other solicitations, either political or commercial.

Do not know however, if that applies to an original receiver of contributions disclosing/selling the list to others.

Remember, it’s all about the money to be made. The Clintons are living proof of the old adage, “Follow the money and you will follow the crime.”
