McCain is pissed!

Trump announced this AFTER the Sunday morning talk shows were over! Dammit! McCain couldn't trash Trump on the networks!

Correct. Lacking Senate approval, the Iran Agreement, too, lacks constitutional legitimacy. So, DJT should likewise unilaterally withdraw from the deal.

They buried this fact because it helps Trump and does not divide his supporters .

Why not just declare the agreement null and void right now, since it was never ratified by the Senate?

Yeah, what good does it do if these idiot bureaucrats have so many years to put pressure on the politicians and sheeple in the US? This is not over. I don’t think it will ever be over as long as the enviro-Nazis hold sway over the MSM.

Now, tell the UN to get the Hell out of the US, and turn the UN Building into “Trump Tower - East Bay”

I agree with everything you said with one exception. We should stay in the UN for no other reason than veto power.

Aside from that, cut off ALL funding and issue EO to permanently vacate the building. Starve them while we can continue veto-power privileges. 😁

True, but then how can they hold us to officially not being able to withdraw until 2020?

The earliest the U.S. can begin officially withdrawing from the accord is Nov. 4, 2019, under the terms of the Paris agreement.

An agreement the Senate never ratified. Therefore, the United States was never part of this "accord". As far as the United States is concerned, the accord, especially the part containing Obama's signature, is toilet paper.

President Trump can terminate our nation's participation in this "accord" at any time, in any fashion, and for any reason. As far as I am concerned, the time has long past to walk away from this idiocy.

2019? Just because Obama signed it? The Senate never ratified it. I know Trump is trying to get along with the international swamp critters but this is ridiculous. Trump should have said we are out of this nonsense immediately and to heck with what that idiot Obama said and did.
