Hmm... that US Code you posted certainly makes it look like there is cause to indict many of the leftist scumbags who currently sit in Congress, as well as a number of media outlets. Maxine Waters, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, Nancy Pelosi, etc. (Hmm, I wonder why the worst congress critters are all female?)
And whoever is organizing and recruiting for Antifa should be subject to a very long prison term... we just have to find him/them first and prosecute.
When I went to San Francisco in March, I saw Antifa recruiting flyers taped to light poles. They didn’t have contact information, though—perhaps they are trying to avoid investigative agencies? Although I don’t see how recruitment can be successful without contact information.
I guess they figure if you are really interested you will find them.
