They were rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful long before the spokeswoman came out to talk to them. They barged in, throwing the f-bomb, and shouting their complaints.
That is what I have a problem with. I am not sure how you can disagree.
They were there to make a video for youtube, not to speak reasonably with the assemblyman about a tax issue. My opinion.
The spokeswoman’s response was ridiculous and the police response was comical, but these protesters accomplished nothing towards their tax issue. I can’t imagine what they hoped to accomplish other than making a video for social media.
If you think that many police swooping down in riot gear with weapons raised pointed at political protesters is comical, you must have some sort of cognitive issue, because that's an inappropriate response to stimulus.
