In all of California there aren’t much more than 7,000 or so CHP. Including desk jockeys. For the entire state. For all shifts.

That would have been a good day to drive 100 mph on the freeway.

What is really odd, is why CHP, (triple AAA with gun), would even respond to this when it did not occur on CA highways or roadways. Very odd.
