Easily defeated by even stupid criminal rapists. Just use a knife on both clothes and underwear.

A better solution would be to teach women to carry a gun at all times, and learn how to shoot it. Learn how to carry and use a knife, too.

Most university campuses are gun-free zones, and I don’t see that changing much in the foreseeable future.
