The school should countersue the parents, demanding that the child get an independent psychological assessment as to whether they actually are transgender, or if the parents had sociopathically indoctrinated the child to believe they were transgendered.
And if the psychologist decided it was the latter situation, then that the court should contact the state child protective services, and investigate the parents for child abuse.
