Libs believe that any job that pays less than their rapidly increasing minimum or living wage is immoral .
Baltimore City has a living wage higher than the states minimum wage and look how that works for the poor blacks living there.
It works very well. The poor blacks are priced out of the entry level job market, subsist on welfare AND VOTE DEMOCRATIC like they are told to do so by the Democratic administration. So, yes, it works very well. Just not for the poor blacks.
