Because they suffer from entitlement syndrome and this must be unlearned to be employable at the entry level.
The ‘black’ leaders and government with affirmative action
have created a culture separate from the main stream. At the entry level employers need a body to do job x, they don’t have any other agenda. If black males would drop the gang ‘cred’ dress code, talk in English, show up on time every time and perform job x with out entitled attitude, they would be no different than white or Hispanics.
