What happens when ALL of the carriers pull out of an area and there is NO private health care insurance offered at all?
The number of people covered by private insurance is a fraction of the population. People who work for governments and corporations who make up about 90% of the workforce are covered by self-insured plans or in risk pools that do not include free loaders. Risks and terms of those plans can be somewhat managed.
Misplaced and wishful thinking. It is becoming pitiful the amount of faith being placed in Trump.
The only way he can act is to act unilaterally and alone and in this case there is little he can do in that regard alone.
All that he can do is to throw the house, senate and staffers into the ACA pool with a limited subsidy and let them find out what it tastes like. There is not a large enough voting block of paying people who are injured by ACA to make any difference to a politician.
