Andrea has obviously never worked in a government office. My mother worked at the SSA for years and saw reverse discrimination several times when it came to promotions.

A relative of mine worked for a state agency as a clerical worker. She retired early, several decades ago, because she couldn't deal with the harassment by the increasingly dominant black women.

Fixed it.

I don't care what the intent originally was, it is an obscene distortion of equal protection. In the old days, along with nepotism, referred to as overcompensation.
