Angrier Mitchell should get outside her circles a little more often! Just last year a white, FEMALE sued UT-Austin for allowing those with lower grade scores to get in, because of their RACE - I would say that she was hurt by affirmative action!
A few years ago, a similar suit was raised over similar affirmative action in Wisconsin or Michigan. Does she just refuse to admit that these worthwhile, overly-qualified students were not hurt because of affirmative action quotas and rules?
The woman who sued UT lost. It turned out she was a weak student who did not qualify in the first place (she was not in the top 10% of the class). 47 students were found to have been admitted with lower grades. 42 of them were white.
