This stupid judge thinks the states and the judiciary can compel the Congress to appropriate funds.
Ludicrous.
This ruling doesn’t sound like anything major.

The headline would have been more accurately expressed as "It just became harder for Trump to make good on Republican campaign promises of the last seven years", but obviously space considerations militate against that one.
Got it?
Not because it is legal but because it is ‘damaging (in their opinion) to citizens”
That’s a great new judicial standard! Just claim anything other than a march to socialism is “damaging” to citizens!
He doesn’t have to blow it up, just let it fail. It’s on the Democrats for creating it and on the Republicans in Congress for failing to fix it when they had the chance.
All opposition to repealing/replacing Obamacare is good for Trump.
Immediate appeal and request for stay of execution, until it is heard.
CLEAR misapplication of the law.
Sign an EO taking away Congress’s Obamacare special treatment. Make them eat the same cr@p sandwich they crammed down the public’s throat.
They’ll repeal Obamacare.
These are amazing times. We had an election and the people voiced their decision. Yet, the so called “elected representatives” along with a court system and the media are representing and protecting the interests of the ruling elites, as if the election didn’t matter.
This certainly closer resembles a Communist style government vs. a Democratic Republic.
Trump needs to challenge the constitutionallity of the ACA, again
Time to STOP this MADNESS where ONE lousy leftist judge can stop everything good!
US House of Reps. v. Burwell - Case 1:14-cv-01967-rmc - September 9, 2015
ROSEMARY M. COLLYER
United States District Judge
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
All Trump needs to Tweet is “Enforce it!”
I thought the bailout expiration was actually in the text of Ebolacare. Now they’re saying we can ignore the ACA after all?? Woo hoo!
Judging based on “outcomes” and not on the law is not judging, it’s legislating from the bench.
Appeal it.
BTW, have an article coming out on how Trump is killing it on judges. He likely will surpass Reagan in number of confirmations in his first year.
Yep - “Judges/courts” deciding that because some laws are going to cause some citizens to be inconvenienced, the law should be ignored - they obviously think the Constitution contains a “Noble Cause” clause...
