Hersh claims to have seen an FBI report relating to a review of Rich's computer. On that computer, Rich had contacted Assange, Rich had setup dropbox (a website) with password protection, and the dropbox (remote, publicly accessible storage) contained the emails from the DNC.

If true, FBI has taken two positions. DNC email at Wikileaks came from Rich; and DNC email at Wikileaks came from "the Russians."

Hersh says the whole "Russia hacked the DNC" story originates with Brennan. Head of NSA was deliberately misleading Obama and others (makes sense, the political types seems to believe)
