Congress is working on ‘InsuranceCare’ and ‘DoctorCare’ and ‘HospitalAdministratorCare.
As far as I can see no one in Congress gives a damn about ‘healthcare’...
Or actual insurance.
In spite of all the hype, welfare can never be "insurance."
