I carry this** in my car for these types of occurrences (hopefully never to be used).

....Yeap, looks like the armed citizen needs to head back to the range to fine tune that aim....
With the intended victim OK and the thug shot in the face and abdomen & sent to the hospital in critical condition with a double tap ain’t too bad a shot. Maybe just a case of a larger caliber needed.
Or, maybe just the perp’s lucky day.
