A senior Arizona congressman is calling on Robert Mueller, special counsel for the Justice Departments investigation into Russias election meddling, to resign.
Rep. Trent Franks, a Republican who sits on the House Judiciary Committee, said in a statement Tuesday that Mueller is in violation of the law that prohibits Mueller from serving as a special counsel if he has a conflict of interest.

Mueller and Comey have been friends for years. In addition, Mueller has hired attorneys for his Special Counsel that donated to HRC’s campaign.
These are not conflicts of interest, I don’t know what are.

Apparently, Mueller is a law violator.
And Grassley and Linda are fine with that.

That’s because a bulk of the Republifakes in Congress care only about keeping the status quo and only back Trump when it suits them.

But we were told with Bill Clinton that Democrats are capable of "compartmentalization," so it's not a problem for Mueller to investigate if he compartmentalizes his friendship with Comey.
It's a trait that Republicans are incapable of mastering, though, and must always recuse.

Anything this investigation does is tainted, therefore it is able to be challenged, appealed, and ignored.

Oddly that is approaching help/support for the President. I’m sure leadership will reign him in

In a legal sense, they are not conflicts of interest. Neither issue has the likely outcome of creating personal tangible benefit to Mueller.
Granted, they might create an appearance of a conflict, but in and of themselves, they do not create a legally-significant conflict of interest.

Mueller is a communists Democrat and will never resign. It is his chance to go back years on Trump, spin the lies, and attempt to have Trump impeached. And the DOJ hasn't the common sense to fire Mueller and retire this Special Counsel. America is being destroyed by its own Republican Party.
To: Ann Archy
Because every Republican is a piece of sh!t.

There should be a special counsel going after him for all the terrorist warnings he blatantly ignored over the years.
