I’d opine that getting involved with the Cult of Potter is unwise anyhow. It has been very instructive to see how many Christian parents encourage their children to read Potter. Nothing wrong, necessarily, with fantasy but to promote this has been destructive.

I sometimes wonder what kind of answer that C. S. Lewis would have come up with for Potter, had the two been contemporary writers.
Some of his allegorical works come close to that genre.
