For the Warren Commission to be true, Oswald not only had to get three aimed shots off in a remarkably short time, but the shots had to result in two hits on a moving target. And this had to be accomplished using a misaligned rifle that had not been sighted in and adjusted with practice shots after being broken down and reassembled after it was brought into the Texas School Book Depository.

As it was, Oswald was regarded as a poor shot by Marines and others who saw him shoot for target practice. Over the years, no expert marksman has duplicated Oswald's supposed feat when tested under equivalent conditions. Repeated attempts to do so at Quantico failed, and famed Marine sniper Carlos Hathcock has been quoted as saying that “I don’t know how many times we tried it, but we couldn’t duplicate what the Warren Commission said Oswald did."

I can’t remember which channel it was on (history or discovery) but one of those that shows the all of the assassination stuff every November but they had some team of experts set up the scene in Australia. Had the snipers lair at the right elevation, same type of car with the seating aligned per available evidence, speed of the car and similar wind conditions. They used actual human skeletons in ballistic jelly to simulate the magic bullet theory and same make and model of ammunition and rifle.

Their test shots concluded that Oswald was in all likelihood the lone assassin and even the magic bullet shot showed similar deformation. It was quite an elaborate and impressive re-enactment.

“As it was, Oswald was regarded as a poor shot by Marines and others who saw him shoot for target practice.”

Which is complete baloney according to his official Marine record.

besides, it wasn’t the “impossible shot” since it was handgun distance. Go stand in that window and tell us that is an impossible shot.
