Set Oswald up with the exact type of weapon
Set Oswald up with the backstory of defection to the USSR and marriage to to a Russian.
Set Up more than one shooter and get them clear after the assassination.
Somehow get Oswald to kill J. D. Tippit so that Oswald is arrested.
Get an supposed innocent Oswald to act suspicious so he will be arrested running from the police
Hire Jack Ruby to silence Oswald.

It is too ludicrous to consider. I feel sort of sorry for those that cannot work that out in their own minds. Some people watch too much TV and probably think The Bourne Identity was real.
