If, somehow, they were able to secede, I worry what they would do. How about invite China to build bases with landing strips and docks? They would also be able to swarm the Mexicans in and now we would have an even large "mexican" boarder to guard. Great situation to flood us with even more drugs. If we had a president with guts, it would be interesting what he would do. If, though, we had another obama, it would be crazy times.

If California secedes, and does all of the things that you say, then you treat them as a hostile country, invade, remove their leadership, and station troops there for 70 years like we did in Germany and Japan.
