Looking closer at the Centennial school district and the Lynch named schools in particular it looks to me you are on to something.
Whites and Hispanics are the majority in the Lynch Elementary schools; Blacks make up a paltry 16% combining their three school presence. I wonder if the government human traffickers are entering the Jihadis they are importing in the white column?
A major Centennial characteristic is low income. Disability and discipline numbers exceed state average, too, the disability being heavily centered on the lack of understanding English, common I would expect in all sanctuary cities.
