This do-nothing Congress is making you look like a fool. You need to put a stop to that. The wall hasn’t been started, few are getting deported. There are no tax cuts, businesses are not rushing back – and all because this Congress won’t back the agenda that people want from you.
You can only count on having two years of so-called Republican Congress backing you. It’s over six months now, you only have 18 months left. Time is a wasting.

50/50 it helps/hurts Trump. It depends largely on communication skills and access. He would be shrewd to express empathy toward specific people and how he is trying to help them.
