Totally disagree. Trump’s been running a smokescreen of tweets, daytime soap opera job switches, etc trying (and succeeding) in keeping Sessions’ “untouchables”-like small squad of indictment-preparers working in secret off the radar.
I’ve spoken to lawyers who tell me this takes MONTHS, and the fewer you have (the better the secrecy) the longer it takes because of personnel.
Sessions is keeping up the facade with the MS-13 stuff, the Medicaid Fraud, but from everything I know, this is the smokescreen.
People here don’t want to hear that cuz they are invested in some fairy tale of a guy who comes out on Day One and arrests people. It doesn’t work like that. Any fed prosecutor will tell you.
You might be right. Of course. And I hope so. If sessions turns out to be the right guy I won’t be surprised. If he turns out to be a deflated wimp of an insider I won’t be surprised
