I agree with it for more than one reason. But it must be considered that Priebus was brought on to make legislative agenda work due to his party connections. He obviously has failed at that...especially given repeal replace.
It’s an effectiveness decision as much or more as anything else.
I have some reservations about Kelly but it will most certainly be an improvement.

agree. priebus was a peace offering to GOPe & couldn’t pin down a legislative agenda.
time to move on.
IMHO the job just got to Priebus. Plus the President has had 6 months to get the lay of the land and now sees what type of people are required.
