Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said "it is time to move on" in a floor speech early Friday after the stunning defeat of the GOP's scaled-down plan to repeal key parts of ObamaCare.

McConnell seemed close to choking up during brief remarks on the floor after falling short of his promise to repeal ObamaCare after three GOP senators voted against the "skinny" repeal bill.

McConnell called GOP efforts to repeal ObamaCare "the right thing for the country," despite their final efforts to push for repeal being unsuccessful.

These establishment RINO’s are choreographing a dance of despair to bullshit the country they are trying, when in fact they have no intention to allow this president the successes he promised that the people demand.

The Republican Party has no intention of changing the course of the direction the Democrats have set over the years. The Left has hijacked both political parties now.

GOD bless, and save America.

NOTHING positive will happen for the people, this country again until WE THE PEOPLE primary each, and every one of the current Congress, and that will be one cold/freezing day in HELL.

Status Quo Mitch moves on. Lets not upset our liberal friends across the aisle. Lets move on, and all those promises well we just can’t do it.

If you gave them a 70 seat majority they would still not act! The Republican party in Washington I contend is more evil than the Democrat party because they knowingly lie about their intentions and arrogantly assume we will continue to vote for them again and again. 2018 will be a blood bath for the GOP, they will be lucky to hold the House. Right now I got nothing-—no reason to waste the gas to vote for these lying bastards.

Ah, the old 4D chess argument.

I’m sorry, but no one is this kind of strategist, let alone someone who once got outfoxed by Merv Freaking Griffin in a business deal.

“If you gave them a 70 seat majority they would still not act! The Republican party in Washington I contend is more evil than the Democrat party because they knowingly lie about their intentions and arrogantly assume we will continue to vote for them again and again.”

That is correct, and so far they are mostly correct about their arrogant assumption.

I can only say that, for my own part, in 2016 I did not vote for Marco Rubio.

I cast no vote for senator. I was not able to convince other to not vote for him sadly.

I do not support this person. I will never vote for him again for anything under any circumstance.

It’s time for McConnell to move on.

McConnell needs to resign as the Majority Senate and get some new fresh Republican blood into the leadership of the Senate.

I am hoping now that President just lets the ACA die a slow death.

Obamacare is a $1 Trillion dollar tax monstrosity on the American public and it is an Albatross around the Rat party and not the Republican party!

The Far Left Liberal MSM wants to blame the Pubbie party as having owned the $1 Trillion Tax monstrosity and yet Obamacare did not get 1 single Pubblie to vote for it plus all the Rats who were in tough districts loss their jobs in Congress!

Obamacare needed to be full repeal period and start over. McConnell failed to deliver the goods so he really must resign his position!
