If the skinny repeal bill is little different than what the President or the HHS Secretary can already do at this point regarding the mandates aspect, what stops them from moving on that for now?
Good question. I’m pretty sure the present can direct the IRS to not collect the individual mandate. Some of the other taxes and the employer mandate, I’m not sure of.
