Same middle initial but must be a different fellow. Secretary of the Treasury to Secretary of State to General Counsel for the FBI would be too much of a step down.

I never was a big fan of Secretary Baker, but he did one good thing--he played a big part in keeping Al Gore from stealing the 2000 election.
