Is this really happening? Cannot do youtube because of bandwidth issues. What happens now if this is true? What are the next steps?

I think this is the first step, I believe it now has to go to the House next. Here’s a link with a little more info from House Judiciary Committee:
It is a ‘resolution’ without any practical consequence. It might go to the House floor, although there are ways for House leadership to kill it. Not exactly a nothingburger, but the next thing to it.
