She has a high burden of proving malice. It seems to me the courts have to allow her a lot of leeway to be able to prove the malice.

The Supremes need to revisit the huge loophole they gave the media to lie about public figures with near impunity. Malice is an addition to the constitution that is pure judge made law.

She has a high burden of proving malice.

That, JMHO, is precisely the reason for the number of NYSlime staff who've just been brought into this....

1) Most of 'em are so overcome with their imagined importance and sweeping intelligence, they can't keep from blabbing their every thought, word and menu pick and the wider the audience, the better they like it. I'd bet you could conclusively prove malice with only a couple of samples; Netting 23 of those slugs is overkill.

2) If a significant number of the emails/tweets/memos from any of these glittering jewels has "gone missing", guess what the judge is going to hear next. Obstruction?

No, I'm not a lawyer, I'm an engineer. But it sure looks to me as if somebody's built a world class trap for our lovely Sarah to stick on the NYSlime's arse.
