That’s because when she came to the United States from Guatemala at 19-years-old, she did so without the proper documentation. She spent 24 years living here without a problem – working, paying taxes, raising four kids – but this year she was told she was being deported.

If she's 'legally' working she needed to provide two government iussued i.d.'s for her I-9 form. Where did she get these documents? One has to be either a valid passport or a Social Security card. How could she have legally obtained either? The answer is she couldn't.

She's been here with plenty of problems. She was here illegally from the get go and she was here illegally every day she woke up and drew breath. She was working here illegally, besides the fact that she's illegal and that delegitimizes every other wise legal action she might take, she was either paid under the table or she provided false or stolen documents. Deport her!

Problem.

Until there is a southern wall built, she and other illegals will simply keep coming back.
