The American company went out of business. Probably because people couldn’t afford their furniture. I live in NC, which used to be the furniture capital of the world. No longer.
The crib has held up fine.

It’s even less now then when I bought it two years ago.

Some how my parents managed to raise three kids, mom stayed home with a one earner income household and every stick of furniture we had was made in the USA. I still have some of it.
