“Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, Navarro earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University College of Law (now the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law) in 1992.”

Last time I checked, Las Vegas Nevada is part of the USA.

Las Vegas is part of the USA?

Still? Really?

Then why is a Congressman from there an illegal alien?

The USA is wherever the Americans are. Ruben ain’t one of us, and neither is Ana Navarro. As a former Presdiente of Mexico said, “Mexico is wherever the Mexicans are”. He’s right.

Once they are the majority, you still gonna call it the US?

If so, does that mean that Guadalajara is really just another middle American city?

PS, you didn't go far enough with Gloria Navarro's bio, specifically her role as a Professional Hispanic:

Chief Judge Navarro is a Las Vegas native of Cuban descent who is fluent in Spanish. She has authored several articles, including “Cultural Factors and the Voluntariness of Statements” and “Criminal Defense and the Consequences of Immigration Law.” Judge Navarro has also been a speaker for the Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorneys on the topic of “How to Effectively Represent Non-English Speaking Clients and/or Clients with a Different Cultural Background.”

She has always enjoyed being actively involved in her community. She is a 2003 Graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and served as a panel speaker and Co-Chaired the program’s Criminal Justice Day numerous times. She is also a Past-President of the Latino Bar Association of Southern Nevada where she assisted La Voz, the Boyd School of Law Hispanic Law Student Association, to launch a mentorship program called Huellas (“footprints” in Spanish) which was awarded the 2008 Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) Law Student Organization of the Year Award. Prior to her appointment to the bench, Chief Judge Navarro also served on the Advisory Board of the Nevada branch of the national non-profit Youth Advocacy Program (YAP, Inc.) and was on the Executive Board of DJs for PJs, a non-profit organization which over the years has collected and distributed more than 40,000 pajamas to children in need at Child Haven, Boy’s and Girl’s Town, Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, S.A.F.E. House, Safe Nest, The Shade Tree Shelter, Variety Early Learning Center and Women’s Development Center.

Now imagine if my father's biography, a prosecutor in Southern Arizona, included organizations like the Anglo-Saxon Student Law Society, or being in a German organization called Volken or similar...you get the picture. The howling would have never stopped. Racist! (see, you're conditioned! you're just like them!) Mexiphobic! Klansman!

Gloria Navarro's history is one long tedious litany of resentment towards the Evil Gringos for "taking our land".

And she was appointed by a man who had no right to be President of our country, and none of his laws or Executive Orders should have any power over us.

You disagree? Next you gonna tell me that Bambi was "one of us", even though Daddy was a Kenyan, Mommy was a Commie, and Muslim Indonesia was where he really felt at home?
