Yep, and there is some percentage of them who will stay home on election day if they find a candidate's behavior or attitude objectionable, even if it helps a Dim in the election.

Why would you vote for a candidate who did not support what you support?

What I would do, or what you would do, is irrelevant. There are, and have been for a long time, some conservative voters who will not vote for a Republican candidate if they object to some social issue stance or personal behavior question.

Doesn't matter whether anyone likes it or not, there are simply some conservative voters who are that way.
