Neither has a powder or a weed. Those things lack volition. Just as in the case of the “gun control” issue — people do.

No, taxpayers' elected representatives cost them money by voting for social programs that some pot users use.

or kill people.

There is no established toxic dose of marijuana for humans. However, laws against marijuana give violent marijuana-selling criminals more means and motive to kill.
