Yeah that is my question, is arresting this guy at the airport and charging him with Bank Fraud, is that something an Attorney General would do or does it have absolutely nothing to do with Sessions
I believe Bank Fraud is a Federal crime, so perhaps the DOJ is involved. I know the Capitol Police have been dealing with the IT stuff, so it’s likely that whatever bank fraud they uncovered during their IT investigation, was turned over to the Feds to prosecute.
