Not until the House and Senate pass things first and send them to him. And they can override his veto.

The senior senile senator from Arizona cannot issue an executive order. Nor can he nominate anybody for anything. Nor can he order military action. Nor can he pardon anyone. Nor can he sign a treaty. What have I left out?

The senior senile senator from Arizona cannot issue an executive order.

Nor can President Trump issue an order that can impact Congress.

Nor can he nominate anybody for anything.

As the Senate showed under Obama, the President can nominate whomever he wishes and that person takes their office only if the Senate lets them.

Nor can he order military action.

But the Senate decides whether to fund that action.

Nor can he pardon anyone.

But Congress can impeach and remove.

Nor can he sign a treaty.

The President signs a treaty only after the Senate has approved it.

What have I left out?

Give it some thought. I'm sure you will think of something.
