TRUTH is the new HATE SPEECH.
It’s a work around until scouts are inevitably mingled with other scouting units in council-wide camping and scouting events. I know that I went to several specialty camps with scouts from other troops; there’s no way to be discriminating there. Not to mention the Order of the Arrow, which is inherently inter-troop in nature.
No Troop is an island, as much as that would help. The entire organization either has a common mission/values statement or it doesn’t, including each component unit.
Rush just spoke about this event and brought up several excellent points; primarily that the left has always despised the Scouts, and that hasn’t ever changed, even with the gayification of the entire organization.
Who wants to bet that “morally straight” WON’T be removed from the Scout Oath within a few years?

Same here...cannot recall the year of the DEMONCRAT convention where the Scouts were SPAT upon by the Dem attendees ....
