India Wants New Subs While Ones They Already Have Sail With Broken Periscopes.
Well, if the ones they already have are in a state of disrepair, it's probably a good idea to get new ones.
India can be a great counter-weight to China, helping both their own interests and our interests, if their corruption and glacial bureaucracy ever let them build up their military strength with weaponry purchased from Europe and the US.
