Judge Says Charlie Gard’s Parents Can’t Take Him to U.S. Even Though He Was Given U.S. Residency

In the course of the hearing, British high court Justice Francis said their son cannot be moved to the United States for treatment without a court order, squashing hope that a move to grant him residency in the U.S. would help him, according to The Independent.

Earlier this week, U.S. Congressional leaders approved a measure to grant Charlie and his parents permanent residency status in an effort to make it easier for him to receive an experimental treatment. Pro-life Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Washington, led the effort; her daughter also was diagnosed with a fatal condition but survived because of an experimental treatment.

Charlie’s parents and his hospital are involved in an on-going legal battle over his medical care. The 11-month-old British infant suffers from a mitochondrial disease and brain damage.

It will never happen but its time for Trump or Tillerson to publicly say that this is impacting US-UK relations and call home our ambassador for “consultations.” Do something!!!!!! The Brits are running out the clock praying this child dies soon. Butchers.

There are reasons why the British government want a disarmed population. I am going to think you understand my meaning.

Obviously the Judge is not hung.

The judge is a bloody "wanker".

“I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m getting very tired of this “Judge says” nonsense.”

Yes, and start with Federal District Judge Watson in Hawaii and his “buddy” William Orrick in Oakland.

This is crazy. How anyone can support socialized medicine is beyond me.

“It would be extremely risky, even if they somehow got him out of the building.”

And if he dies they get charged with murder, even though Charlie’s death is the governments end purpose anyway.

Impeachement of judges gets no where with the RINO’s in Congress since they want open borders anyway so their busine$$ campaign supporters want cheap labor.

But all President Trump’s available powers need to be used against the judiciary.

They say (it was published on VDARE some months ago) that Abe Lincoln put federal judges sympathetic to the Confederates and or opposed to the Civil War under house arrest.

For all watching the situation, the judge is set to “rule” on Charlie Gard Tuesday as in this coming Tuesday July 25, some 48 hours from now.........

In a sane Britain, this “judge” would be forcibly removed by an angry mob live on CNN.

This sort of custody dispute is already happening in this country. See The Boston Globe, Feb. 23. 2016.
Have we already forgotten about the case of American Girl, Justina Pelletier? Her parents had to sue the Boston Children’s Hospital where she was locked into a psychiatric ward, against the will of the parents.

Anybody have questions about the Boston Tea Party or single payor health plans? Hope they got the kid out of the UK.

Sure is taking his sweet time. If Teresa May wanted to deport a Muslim terrorist, you can be sure he would block it within minutes of being petitioned.

Can’t have a better outcome elsewhere, it would make the system look bad.

Pull a Janet Reno and send troops in to kidnap the kid like she did with Gonzales

Since the child is a US Citizen now and a British judge is preventing his treatment shouldn’t this be brought to a US court, an international law court, or better yet can’t Trump just send in the marines to take him out of the hospital to a helicopter or boat.

Yes, and from my understanding it would not even cover the expenses of flying this very ill baby to the US.
