If DJT terms Sessions announcing that 10th Amd. says weed is states’ purview, he will be able to jettison the GOPe next year.
I think Sessions digging in on this just sealed his fate.
The problem with replacing Sessions now is that unless it was a Loretta Lynch type, the Rats and RINO’s would probably stop confirmation.
